Dr. Subhas Chandra Datta, President Awardee, currently working as a Headmaster & Researcher, Kanchannagar at D.N. Das High School (HS). He started his carrier first as a Junior Research Fellow of VisvaBharati in 1993, Dr. Datta has expertise in evaluation and a passion for improving health and wellbeing. His research interest is in Biomedicines, Genetics, Physiology, Education, Environment, Plant Protection, Agriculture, Pathology, Biotechnology, Sericulture, Entomology, Tissue Culture, Nematode Control, Bio-agents, Allelopathy, Behavioral and Homeopathy (evidence by publications). His open and contextual evaluation model based on responsive constructivists creates new pathways for improving healthcare. He has built this model after 29 years of experience in research, evaluation, teaching, and administration both in research and education institutions. His 1st-plant-based biomedicines in homeopathic forms ‘Cina’ achieve the ‘World’s Top Most Articles’ in the ‘Public Medical Health of WHO’. His valuable work has got a Patent under Central Silk Board. Various Articles and Publications 102 numbers have been published. He is the honorary Member of different prestigious Organizations. He has been serving as an editorial board member of several reputed journals.

Dr. R. Krishnamurthy is currently a Professor, the Director of C. G. Bhakta Institute of Biotechnology& Dean of Faculty of Science at Uka Tarsadia University, Bardoli, Gujarat, India. He was conferred Fellow status award by Chartered Institute of Environmental and Public Health Management of Nigeria(CIEPHM) in April 2017 at Lagos. He is a great visionary, research mentor and a very meticulous administrator. He was also conferred with Man of Excellence award by Indian Achievers Forum, New Delhi, India (March,2022). He impeccably executes multidimensional responsibilities viz. teaching, research and associated administrative activities with enthusiasm. He is a Visiting Professor to University of Ilorin, Nigeria andan Associate Research Mentor for Nigerian students in their academic research work since March 2013. He has completed his Master degree in Botany from University of Madras and Ph.D. (Botany), M.S. University, Baroda. He is a recipient of several Research Fellowships Awards and grants. He served as member of academic bodies in Universities in India. He has a vast research experience on medicinal plants of almost three decades in the Industry and Academic Institutions. He has technologically helped Uka Tarsadia University and University of Ilorin, Nigeria to set-up commercial scale Plant Tissue Culture Laboratories for developing planting materials of Plants. He has organized several National and International Seminars/Conference. He has to his credit an European patent, written and edited important book chapters and more than 120 research publications and review articles in peer reviewed journals. He is a reviewer of many international journals and members scientific societies. He collaborates with overseas Universities for research work. Expanding his horizon & not keeping himself limited to the Academia, he ventures in helping farmers.

Traditional Medicine, Medicinal Plants

Have been working for 45 years in research, education and practice in various fields of integrative medicine, being recognized specialist in apitherapy, aromatherapy, phytotherapy and homeopathy. He was Associate Professor at two important universities in Romania, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Targu Mures and the University “Lucian Blaga” of Sibiu.He is the author of 7 books and 4 tutorials and numerous scientific papers (81), published in Romania and abroad. Over time he have collaborated in various international projects in research, education and culture, under the auspices of UNESCO, World Bank, European Union, Organisation of World Heritage Cities, etc. Now, being an expert in the history of pharmacy and president of the Romanian Society of Pharmacy History in Sibiu, he is the coordinator of the project "Pharmaceutical Traditions of Sibiu", which promotes various natural therapies and their role in preventing and treating diseases.
